starting point for those who need to report a situation of fraud.
Contact your local and state authorities; contact the Better Business
Bureau; depending on what type of fraud has been committed, contact
the proper Federal agency: Social Security Administration, Internet
Fraud Complaint Center, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Etc.; contact
the three Credit Bureaus; TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian.
